It took six hours, but I did it! I make these every Christmas and give them out.

I just ate so much roast beef and sides and pie and wine that it hurts to move and yet I’m pretty sure I could put down a disturbing number of these very happily.

Wow you put a lot more effort into your oreo truffles. I also made some for family Christmas here. All I did was scrape the oreo cream into a bowl, mix it with 8oz of cream cheese, ground up the oreo cookies in a food processor, mix it all, spoon out the truffles, put in the freezer for a bit, and serve.

Yours are quite a bit prettier and involved lol
